VP Product, Experience & PLG

We are looking for a seasoned product leader to drive growth through exceptional user experiences.

As the VP of Product for Experience & Product-Led Growth (PLG), you will own the end-to-end user journey, ensuring seamless, engaging, and high-converting experiences across our platform.

In this role, you will report to the GM of the Business Applications domain, who leads all customer communication and interface, to ensure alignment and drive the overall product strategy.

You’ll lead a team of senior product managers and collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams to enhance customer engagement, activation, retention, and monetization at scale.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Product Strategy Ownership: Lead the product strategy for user experience and PLG, shaping how customers interact with and derive value from the platform.

• Growth Optimization: Drive measurable growth by optimizing key metrics such as onboarding, conversion, engagement, and retention through data-driven experimentation and continuous optimization.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of senior product managers, fostering a high-performance culture of ownership, innovation, and impact.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams to ensure a seamless and delightful user journey that meets business objectives.

• PLG Implementation: Implement PLG best practices and identify opportunities to scale self-serve adoption and customer expansion, ensuring long-term growth.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data and insights to continuously improve user flows, reduce friction points, and increase customer satisfaction and retention.

• Executive Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, influencing company-wide initiatives with a strong, customer-centric approach and mindset.

• Customer Insights: Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviors to guide product development and ensure that the product roadmap aligns with business goals.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Leader: A proven VP of Product with a track record of success in mid-to-large organizations, ideally in B2C environments.

• Growth-Focused: Expertise in growth through experience, including conversion rate optimization, onboarding, activation, and retention strategies in high-scale environments.

• Data-Driven Decision Maker: Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in leveraging data and running experiments to drive growth and customer engagement.

• Collaborative: Exceptional cross-functional collaborator, with the ability to align diverse teams and drive effective execution in complex, fast-paced environments.

• Leadership Excellence: Excellent leadership skills, capable of building and scaling high-performing product teams that innovate and deliver on key business objectives. • Industry Knowledge: Experience in payments or fintech is a plus but not required.

• Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of user-centered design and the ability to create exceptional, frictionless user experiences that lead to growth.
