We are based near Petach Tikva and are looking for talented individual to be a part of our team.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team and take charge of daily bookkeeping activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. You will report directly to the company's Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Process and record supplier invoices and payments
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
• Oversee employees’ payroll management
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Generate financial reports as required

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Head Bookkeeper
• Proficiency in accounting software (Priority preferred)
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
• Relevant Certified Bookkeeper - Required
