A leading company in its field is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team.

Location:

Bnei Brak, Tel Aviv District, Israel 

(Hybrid – 1 day a week from home)

Job Description:

We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper for a diverse and fast-paced role.

Your responsibilities will include:

·      Creating new customer profiles in the system 

·      Providing ongoing service and support to company clients 

·      Issuing receipts, reports, and credit notes 

·      Reconciling customer accounts 

·      Working closely with internal and external stakeholders 

·      Collaborating within a professional and supportive finance team

Working Hours:

Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–16:30 

**Availability for overtime during the first week of each month is required.

Requirements:

·      Certified Bookkeeper (Level 1+2) – Mandatory

·      Proven experience in accounts receivable within an organization – Mandatory

·      Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel 

·      Experience working with Priority ERP – Strong Advantage 

·      Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
