Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Energy Trading & Big Data SaaS Company

We are a rapidly growing SaaS company at the forefront of energy trading and big data analytics, currently generating over $1 million in annual recurring revenue and already profitable. As we scale our product offerings and expand our market reach, we're looking for a dynamic, hands-on CTO to join our founding team.

Role Overview: As our CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical vision and strategic direction of the company. We seek a seasoned technology leader who is deeply experienced in both frontend and backend technologies and thrives in hands-on, dynamic startup environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full technology stack and ensure scalable architecture to support rapid growth.
• Direct frontend and backend development, actively coding and guiding best practices.
• Oversee technical operations, product development cycles, and deployment processes.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performance tech team.

Essential Requirements:

• Frontend: At least 4 years of hands-on experience with ReactJS, HTML, CSS/SCSS, Webpack, and Bootstrap (mandatory).
• Backend: Minimum of 7 years of deep experience with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB (mandatory).
• Proven track record in software development leadership within fast-growing SaaS environments.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technological solutions clearly to stakeholders (including customers).
• Demonstrated experience scaling tech infrastructure for SaaS products.
