Quality Assurance Manager – Medical Device Company | Full-Time

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join, a growing medical device company, and make a real impact!

• Design, implement, and continuously improve the company’s quality procedures.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Conduct internal audits and supplier audits.
• Develop and execute training programs.
• Generate reports to track quality performance (e.g., Post-Market Surveillance, annual risk analysis).
• Review and ensure alignment of processes with company procedures.
• Investigate non-conformities and product failures; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Handle customer complaints, including investigations and communication.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within an ISO13485-certified company.
• Experience with FDA communication – advantage.
• Strong technical skills – ability to work with data, create reports, and review procedures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Fluent in English – spoken, written, and read.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for quality.
