Data Analyst Team Leader

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Data Analyst Team Leader

Location: Leading financial organization in the central region

We are looking for a Team Leader for the Fraud Desk to lead and manage a team responsible for identifying, preventing, and responding to financial fraud within the Cyber Security and Information Security Division.

The role is split between 50% team management and 50% hands-on work, including:

• Data analysis
• Identifying abnormal patterns
• Developing data-based automation
• Creating reports and models to enhance protection systems and prevent fraud

✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in team management and leading organizational processes – Required

✔ At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst – Required

✔ Experience working with databases and writing SQL/ORACLE queries – Required

✔ Python scripting for data analysis and automation – Required

✔ Proficiency with BI tools for data analysis – Required

✔ Strong understanding of data structures, log analysis, and pattern recognition – Required

✔ Practical experience in financial fraud/cyber fraud analysis – Significant advantage

• ✔ Experience working with QRADAR – Advantage
