Our expanding Data and Information Technology unit is looking for a talented Business Application Manager to help us build world-class business tools, automation, and integrations that will revolutionize the People unit and drive processes forward.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of supporting People processes by managing our diverse HR platforms, ensuring their seamless implementation, customization, and ongoing maintenance. Your contributions will directly align with our business goals, driving innovation, efficiency, and growth.

About The Role

• Led and managed E2E HR platform's configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring optimal data management practices, seamless integrations, and high user adoption rates
• Partner with senior leadership to identify, define, and implement impactful changes and enhancements to elevate business performance in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Drive strategic initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and improve user experiences, making a meaningful impact across the business.
  
  

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in business application management and end-to-end implementation.
• Expertise in API and integration (a must-have).
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors in medium-to-large organizations (highly advantageous).
• A deep understanding of HR business processes and industry best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both in English and Hebrew, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
