Project Manager – Information Systems

📍 Location: Large organization in the Science Park, Rehovot

📍 Employment Type: Full-time, hybrid work

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze user requirements and propose solutions
• Conduct system analysis and prepare documentation, including functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with development teams and external vendors
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, monitor and control budgets, schedules, and project scope
• Manage change requests, provide regular status reports, oversee integration, and implement new capabilities
• Report directly to the Head of Development & Projects Department

Requirements:

✔️ At least 5 years of experience in Information Systems

✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager

✔️ Proven experience leading end-to-end projects (timeline, budget, scope), managing change, and reporting progress

✔️ Experience in leading interfaces, processes, and integration between development teams

✔️ Familiarity with project management tools such as MS-Project, Monday, Jira

✔️ Experience in system analysis, system management, upgrades, and expansions of existing systems

✔️ Strong knowledge of databases, queries, tables, data structures, and architecture – mandatory

✔️ Experience in managing projects in CRM/ERP environments such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP – mandatory

✔️ Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work both independently and in a team, and a high level of service orientation

✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

✔️ Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Project-Plus) – an advantage

✔️ Previous experience as a developer – a significant advantage

✔️ Strong self-learning ability – a significant advantage

✔️ Business-oriented mindset with a broad perspective
