Job Description:
Responding to incidents of technical failures in the company's CRM systems
Analyzing incoming failures and implementing a solution to prevent them
Answering telephone calls/chat during night and weekend on-call hours
Writing operational scripts and performing complex DB retrievals
Monitoring system status and proactively handling system problems
Supporting general and individual system failures
Working closely with development and QA teams
Job Requirements:
Some business background in providing service - desirable
Familiarity/work experience in CRM systems - desirable
Knowledge and work experience in SQL - mandatory
Flexibility for weekend and night shifts - mandatory
