Responsibilities And Impact

• Contribute to the product design process from research and ideation to wire-framing, prototyping, and implementation
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and applying UX best practices
• Design intuitive, accessible interfaces that adhere to our design system, ensuring visual consistency while contributing to its ongoing refinement and evolution
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions
• Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive product improvements
  
  

• BA degree in Visual Communication - Must
• Online portfolio demonstrating strong product design work
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in SaaS products
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and design thinking
• Excellent proficiency in Figma
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with front-end development principles to collaborate effectively with engineers on complex product features
• Self-motivated, curious, fast learner
  
  

• Experience with complex systems design (such as ERPs, data-intensive applications or enterprise software)
• Familiarity with automation capabilities, AI agents, and workflow management
• Experience working in a high-velocity startup environment
• Ability to translate technical concepts into intuitive user experiences through research-driven design approaches
