What You'll Do

As a Data Team Lead at Reeco, you’ll be hands-on with data while leading a small but impactful team of analysts and engineers. You’ll help shape the way we collect, manage, and use data to make decisions across the company. Working closely with Product, R&D, and Business teams, you’ll bridge the technical and strategic needs of the organization and ensure that our data is trustworthy, accessible, and actionable.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable analytics and data engineering solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of data analysts and/or engineers.
• Translate business needs into clear data projects and pipelines.
• Support the development and maintenance of our data infrastructure and BI tools.
• Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality across systems.
• Help shape the roadmap for Reeco’s data stack and internal data products.
  
  

• 4–6 years of experience in data-focused roles (Data Analyst, BI Engineer, or Data Engineer).
• At least 1–2 years of experience leading or mentoring other team members.
• Experience working with stakeholders across product, R&D, and business functions.
  
  

• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools like Snowflake, DBT, and Airflow.
• Comfortable managing ETL processes and building scalable data pipelines.
• Great communicator with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Passionate about team building, process improvement, and data-driven decision making.
