Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Operations Manager located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
As Office Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the daily rhythm of the firm - overseeing office operations, managing facilities and vendor relationships, supporting our leadership team, coordinating events, and helping create an outstanding environment for our staff, guests, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support
- Act as the firm’s main point of contact for entrepreneurs, portfolio companies, and investors
- Manage complex calendars for the Managing Partner and an additional Partner
- Coordinate and book detailed travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare and manage documents, presentations, and reports
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Support special projects and assist in prioritizing daily workflows
Office & Facilities Management
- Oversee daily office operations across our 3-floor Tel Aviv space
- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained, organized, and fully functional
- Manage relationships with service providers, suppliers, and lease tenants
- Handle procurement and maintain office and kitchen inventory
- Provide basic IT support and bookkeeping assistance
- Show available office spaces and coordinate with vendors
- Welcome and greet visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
People & Culture
- Lead office welfare initiatives and help foster a positive, engaging work culture
- Support internal and external marketing and communications
- Plan and execute company events and team activities from A to Z
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in office software and systems (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Experience in vendor management and facilities oversight
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and positive energy
- Fluent in Hebrew and English (verbal and written)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in a similar operational role or supporting senior leadership is a plus
- A service-oriented, proactive, can-do attitude
