Export Coordinator

A leading international industrial company is seeking an Export Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage export orders from initial receipt to final delivery.
• Prepare export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
• Coordinate shipments with international shipping companies.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers.
• Handle customs-related matters and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues related to logistics and shipping.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Production, Sales, and Logistics.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish - required.
• Previous experience in export/import or logistics - an advantage.
• Knowledge of international trade documentation (Incoterms).
• High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Priority, is a plus.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
