Project Manager – E-commerce Tech Solutions (Fashion Industry)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy Project Manager with a strong foundation in E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and proven experience in product-oriented leadership within global, fast-paced fashion technology environments.

This cross-disciplinary role blends project management, product thinking, and client communication, requiring a candidate capable of understanding both the technical and business aspects of fashion-related e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as product advisor by understanding the capabilities and limitations of platforms and proposing suitable solutions to business challenges.
• Lead, coordinate, and participate in client meetings to capture requirements, present progress, and align on priorities.
• Create, maintain, and update Gantt charts and project plans for multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring alignment with internal and external timelines.
• Track and manage timeline changes, communicate updates with full transparency and accountability to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with 3rd party tech providers, aligning delivery schedules and ensuring seamless integration with internal workstreams.
• Lead and organize internal status meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and cross-functional syncs using Agile or other suitable methodologies.
• Anticipate, identify, and resolve project risks, blockers, and delays through critical thinking and decision-making frameworks (e.g., Pareto Analysis).

Professional Knowledge & Tools:

• Project & Team Tools: Monday.com, Jira, Slack, MS Office Suite, Google Workspace
• Software Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, Waterfall
• E-commerce Expertise: Shopify, Magento (plus general understanding of fashion e-commerce flows: checkout, fulfillment, inventory, integration with 3rd-party tools)

Language Requirements:

English: Fluent / Native-level (written and verbal)

Hebrew: Fluent

Preferred Experience:

• 3+ years in a Project or Product Management role in tech companies
• Hands-on familiarity with fashion industry workflows or B2C commerce
• Experience managing remote, cross-functional teams and collaborating across time zones
• Exposure to integrations with marketing tools, logistics services, or payment platforms
