Description:

We are looking for a hands-on HRIS Specialist to join our global HR team and play a key role in supporting and optimizing our HR systems.

In this role, you will ensure data accuracy, smooth operations, and an excellent user experience across multiple platforms.

What You'll Do:

Provide ongoing support to global and local HR teams, as well as end-users, across multiple HR systems (ATS, LMS, ERP modules)
Maintain and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on operational tasks and system improvements
Partner with HR teams to understand their needs, provide guidance, and maximize system usage
Lead data migration and integration activities, ensuring practical and effective solutions
Support system changes by conducting testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in real time
Identify opportunities to improve system performance and HR processes
Generate and analyze HRIS data to support operational and business decision-making

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in an HRIS role with strong hands-on system support
Expertise in SAP HR modules (PA, OM, ESS)/ SAP SuccessFactors and their integration with other systems
Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, service-oriented approach
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders
Experience in training users and creating clear documentation
High level of English
