HRIS Specialist - Maternity Leave Replacement

We are looking for a hands-on HRIS Specialist to join our global HR team and play a key role in supporting and optimizing our HR systems.

In this role, you will ensure data accuracy, smooth operations, and an excellent user experience across multiple platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Provide ongoing support to global and local HR teams, as well as end-users, across multiple HR systems (ATS, LMS, ERP modules)
• Maintain and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on operational tasks and system improvements
• Partner with HR teams to understand their needs, provide guidance, and maximize system usage
• Lead data migration and integration activities, ensuring practical and effective solutions
• Support system changes by conducting testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in real time
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and HR processes
• Generate and analyze HRIS data to support operational and business decision-making

• 3+ years of experience in an HRIS role with strong hands-on system support
• Expertise in SAP HR modules (PA, OM, ESS)/ SAP SuccessFactors and their integration with other systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, service-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders
• Experience in training users and creating clear documentation
• High level of English
