Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional initiatives that promote organic growth across business units.
• Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities with financial impact, including partnerships, operational efficiencies, and new business models.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development efforts with corporate strategy.
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making and assess the viability of new initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong internal relationships to facilitate knowledge sharing and synergy across departments.
• Prepare and present business cases, including financial projects and ROI analysis.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, strategy, or financial planning within a global organization.
• Strong financial orientation with the ability to interpret and leverage financial data.
• Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal.
• High level of presence, confidence, and interpersonal influence.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
