Senior Manager, NPI System Product Engineering

We seek an outstanding Senior Manager to join our Networking System Product Engineering team. This role will supervise and manage a team of system product engineers, driving all aspects of NPI product engineering. You will analyze, monitor, define, implement, and support production strategies to ensure product maturity, stability, and quality.

As a requirement for this position, you must possess strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and technical expertise in testing methodologies and engineering processes in a manufacturing environment. You will demonstrate your knowledge of hardware (HW), software (SW), and system-level testing to develop robust and efficient production tests that result in high availability and top-quality products for customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the NPI product engineering group responsible for production yield improvement and the transition to the mass-production phase.
• Lead and mentor a product engineer team, foster professional growth and development, set performance goals, and conduct regular reviews.
• Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
• Collaborate with overseas design, quality, and manufacturing teams to enhance yields, improve the design/process, increase capacity, and minimize production costs.
• Prioritize production challenges and effectively prioritize resources to meet the targets.
• Ensure alignment with product development and engineering teams for seamless integration.
  
  

• BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering roles such as board design, Integration, system engineering, architecture, or test engineering.
• 5+ years of direct management experience supervising small-to-medium-sized teams.
• Showed experience in board/system-level analysis and hands-on debugging.
• Expertise in production manufacturing flows and testing architectures.
• Experience scaling from small-batch to a high volume manufacturing efficiently.
• Strong data analysis skills and an unwavering focus on quality assurance.
• Familiarity with hardware/software integration and lab measurement tools.
• Experienced with mechanics, and automated JIGs/fixtures.
  
  

• Record of experience in a global corporation that manufactures systems.
• Sophisticated data analysis capabilities.
• Experience in jig automation and thermal analysis.
• Expertise in contract manufacturer automation.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and programming languages like Python or Perl.
