UI/UX Design Lead

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing clear guidance, tasks, and constructive feedback.
• Design and refine intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for mobile, desktop, and web applications.
• Collaborate with leadership to align design solutions with business goals and objectives.
• Own the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and usability testing.
• Develop, maintain, and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and cohesion across all platforms.
• Work in an agile environment, iterating on designs based on user feedback and performance data.

• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of managing design teams.
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative mobile, desktop, and web designs.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and executive leadership.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant platforms.
