Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a highly driven and passionate Senior Technical Consultant to join our team and help implement and support advanced software solutions for warehouse management (WMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business and process requirements, design solutions, and document them (Blueprint).
• Configure and customize the system as necessary.
• Prepare for and support UAT/Go-Live, including test setup, use case refinement, execution, and troubleshooting.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting during implementation and production.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to improve product quality and contribute to ongoing system improvements.
• Track and record billable hours for clients and time allocated to other teams as needed.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting software solutions, preferably in the field of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of logistics operations and warehouse automation systems (e.g., P2L, P2C, Voice Picking, Slotting, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL.
• Excellent command of English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
• Strong customer orientation, focus on results, and a sense of ownership.
• Team player with a can-do attitude, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
