Global Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:

• Oversight of purchase requests and preparation of price quotations.
• Identifying and sourcing suppliers globally, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
• Communicating and negotiating with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
• Coordinating with other departments to meet organizational requirements and expectations.
• Handling logistics aspects, including import/export documentation, customs regulations, and ensuring smooth transportation of goods.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position within global purchasing – required.
• Experience in import/export logistics, with a solid understanding of international shipping, customs procedures, and regulatory requirements - adventage
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills, quick learning ability, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication skills, combined with a confident and assertive approach.
