VP Supply Chain

we are seeking a VP Supply Chain to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain in a fast-growing high-tech company. This executive will be managing and responsible for end-to-end supply chain strategy, supplier management, logistics, procurement, Quality & NPI, and ATE ensuring operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Strategic Supply Chain

• Execute a scalable, cost-effective, and resilient global supply chain strategy aligned with business growth.
• Lead and manage supplier partnerships, contract negotiations, and sourcing strategies to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery.
  
  

• Optimize logistics, warehousing, and distribution networks to support global operations.
• Manage & Implement demand planning, inventory management, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Implement best practices for import/export, freight cost optimization.
  
  

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, OEMs, and contract manufacturers.
• Negotiate supplier contracts to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
  
  

• Build and Maintenance efficiency and cost-effective production ATE’s to support company demand plans.
  
  

• Collaborate closely with R&D, Operation, manufacturing, finance, and product teams to align supply chain operations with company objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain team. fostering a culture of accountability.
  
  

• 8+ years in supply chain leadership within a high-tech industry (hardware,electronics, IOT)
• Proven track record of scaling global supply chains in a high-growth environment.
• Experience managing supply chain budgets and driving cost savings.
• Experience managing & deploying new lines with global CM’s
• Deep understanding of supplier ecosystems, contract manufacturing, and global logistics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite) - advantage
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and leading supply chains team.
• Ability to mitigate risks, manage crises, and ensure supply chain resilience.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
