We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to help us scale our finance team.

As a Bookkeeperyou will play a criticalrole maintaining the company's finances and books,enabling timely reporting to leadership, partners and investors.

Responsibilities:

• Bank reconciliations
• Travel/Expenses reports
• Assistance with invoice processing
• Assistance with payroll such as time reports and reimbursements
• Vendor system maintenance and bill approvals. Work closely with the US site
• Providing support to the legal team with maintenance of various agreements and documents, organizing files and information
  
  

• At least 8 years of experience as a Bookkeper
• Experience working in an early-stage /start-up environment - preferred
• Certified bookkeeper type 2- advantage
• Knowledge of Priority - advantage
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization skills, with high attention to detail
• Ability to self-manage and work independently
• Proficient in English
