Marketing and Communications Manager

Responsibilities:

• Managing the marketing and advertising team while personally handling digital assets across all digital channels and the website.
• Meeting strategic marketing goals and strengthening the institute’s branding.
• Writing, editing, and translating marketing and communication content in collaboration with suppliers in Hebrew and English.
• Working with a public relations agency.
• Writing, designing, and sending newsletters, as well as analyzing results.
• Assisting in fundraising efforts and additional projects as needed.
• Preparing KPI tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

• Alignment with the mission of the Institution.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading and managing marketing and communications.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and operating social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and email marketing.
• Experience managing digital campaigns (paid promotion) with the ability to analyze and present measurable results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (copywriting) in both Hebrew and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and creativity.
• Attention to detail, commitment to excellence, results-oriented mindset, analytical skills, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to timelines and budgets.
• Team player with a willingness to personally handle team tasks when necessary to meet deadlines.
• Independent and proactive work approach.
• Understanding and experience with technological tools, marketing automation processes, and familiarity with Canva, Monday/CRM, Pulseem – an advantage.
• Proficiency in OFFICE applications (Word, Excel).
