Technician: Inventory Control

Job Description: Responsible for managing, organizing, and operating the warehouse, including receiving goods, picking orders, inventory management and maintaining order and cleanliness. The warehouseman works in collaborates with other departments in the organization, such as procurement, logistics and tech team to ensure efficient and accurate supply of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving goods from suppliers, inspecting quality, and verifying shipment accuracy against delivery notes.
• Picking, preparing, and shipping customer orders as per instructions.
• Organizing and managing inventory using FIFO/LIFO or other inventory management methods.
• Updating data in the inventory management system (ERP, SAP, Priority, etc.) and documenting stock movements.
• Conducting periodic inventory counts and identifying discrepancies.
• Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse.
• Adhering to workplace safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques, use of equipment, and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Coordinating with internal departments such as procurement and tech team, main warehouse.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role – a significant advantage.
• Ability to work with computerized inventory management systems (ERP, SAP, Priority, etc.).
• Physical capability to handle warehouse tasks, including lifting and carrying loads if required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Order, organization and accuracy in details.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
