Legal Counsel

We are looking for a talented and independent yet collaborative attorney to join our Operations team as our in-house Legal Counsel. If you have a passion for technology and business, love the art of contracts, and enjoy providing legal guidance on a variety of matters, this role is for you!What You’ll Do:

• Provide ongoing legal consultation on matters relating to the company’s day-to-day operations.
• Draft and negotiate a variety of contracts.
• Work directly with groundcover’s Sales team to draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Manage the relations with external legal advisers.
• Lead and overview the Compliance process and implementation at the company.
  
  

• 6-8 years of relevant commercial legal experience, including time spent at a leading law firm and in-house at a tech company or startup.
• Experience as the sole in-house legal counsel in a startup is a significant advantage.
• Licensed to practice law in Israel.
• Graduated from a top-tier law school in Israel.
• Proven ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and manage projects from start to finish.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business orientation and a proactive approach.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
