We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Operations Manager to enhance cross-organizational communication and streamline processes between key units including Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and more. This role will also serve as an Agile Coach, guiding development teams to adopt and improve agile practices for more effective incremental and iterative development.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Serve as an Agile Coach, mentoring development teams to adopt best practices in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to promote continuous improvement.
• Provide training and workshops on agile principles and practices to enhance team capabilities and performance.
• Develop and implement cross-organizational processes to foster seamless communication and collaboration among Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; propose and execute strategic solutions to improve workflow and information sharing.
• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment of goals, priorities, and project timelines.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred, Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, ICP-ACC).
• 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• Proven experience in product operations, project management, or a similar role within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong background & experience in agile methodologies with hands-on experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes and implement improvements.
• Proficient in project management and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
