Operations Assistant (all genders)

VisIC Technologies, a Wide Bandgap Power Electronics Semiconductor Company, is looking for an experienced Operations Assistant to join us and contribute to our success.

This individual will be part of the Operations Group and primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Responsibilities:Execution of routine logistical and operation tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving problems
• Managing, arranging and operating the warehouses, including labeling new arrival products at storage, tracking inventory at all stages and inventory of each product, including specific location in the warehouse.
• Receiving goods from suppliers and coordinating their delivery
• Working with internal organizational interfaces
• Transporting products to employees within the company premises
• Improving and implementing logistics processes
• Preparing documentation for export shipments, including invoices and other necessary paperwork and Tracking shipments .
• Your Skills And Experience The ability to speak English - Must
• Experience in the field of operational logistics - advantage
• Hands-on approach to technical and maintenance issues
• Exceptional attention to detail and resiliency - Must
• Planning and managing projects with multiple interfaces
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders, and provide exceptional service
• ERP System - Advantage
