About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager to join our team! You will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and enhance products. We seek an experienced product manager who can understand business and customer needs, translate them into a clear roadmap, and work closely with development teams to drive execution.

A Point Systems Ltd oversees software development projects from initial specification and implementation to deployment and client integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requests, feedback, and insights to inform product improvements and innovation.
• Generate and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Visit customers and subsidiaries to conduct market research and competitive analysis, informing the setting of short- and mid-term goals for the product roadmap.
• Create wireframes and sketches to illustrate product concepts.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new products and added features.
• Facilitate internal processes across various departments to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
• Track product performance, analyze outcomes, and adjust plans to optimize product success.
• Manage and lead customer products throughout their lifecycle.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
• Collect and document requirements, preparing detailed specifications and high-level designs for client approval.
• Coordinate with development teams for pricing and implementation.
• Perform product validation tests before product delivery.
• Support system deployment and provide training to users, both online and on-site.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a Product Management role.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience working with UX/UI teams and developers.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, take initiative, and execute responsibilities effectively.
• Strong technological and business background with a proven track record.
• Experience in system design and architecture is an advantage.
• Proven analytical skills and decision-making based on quantitative and qualitative data.
• Experience in writing product feature definition documentation, user flows, and screen mockups.
• Ability to manage cross-organization projects, acting as the focal point between sales, account managers, R&D, engineering, and operations.
• Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in English, enabling leadership of meetings with global teams and customers.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites.
• B2B product management experience is an advantage.
