Senior Data Scientist & LLM Engineer - JB-416

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy advanced LLM-based chatbots using Python.
• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines, including data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models, particularly in NLP domains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and NLP technologies.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
• Work with multi-modal data, including images and videos, to ensure seamless workflows and high-quality outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, with a focus on NLP and LLMs.
• Expertise in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Proven experience building chatbots and integrating LLM tools.
• Strong understanding of machine learning workflows, from data preparation to production deployment.
• Proficiency in working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML applications.
• Experience with MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and version control.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, and coding workflows.
• Familiarity with data governance and lineage tools.
• Knowledge of advanced ML topics such as reinforcement learning or federated learning.
• Experience integrating ML models with APIs and real-time systems.
