We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Controller to join our team at Final.

In this role, you’ll:

•Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for internal and external stakeholders

•Assist in preparing cash flow (CF) and budget vs. actual (BVA) reports, and provide ongoing financial monitoring and insights

•Deliver periodic management reporting packages and ad-hoc financial analyses

•Manage audit processes, including coordination with external auditors, tax advisors, and consultants

•Oversee payroll and expense reports for U.S. entities in coordination with outsourced accounting firms

•Manage and maintain financial systems, with a focus on implementing AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency

•Lead initiatives to optimize financial processes and improve service quality across the organization

•Coordinate legal matters with external law firms

•Manage vendor contracts, engagements, and communications

What We’re Looking For:

•CPA certified with Big 4 experience – required

•At least 2 years of experience as a Controller in a global high-tech company

•Proficient in NetSuite – required; experience with DataRails – a plus

•Strong technical orientation with experience in financial systems and automation

•Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools

•Full professional fluency in both English and Hebrew – written and spoken

•Independent, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

•Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-player mindset

•Committed to excellence, precision, and high-quality execution
