Marketing & Partnership Project Manager – Freelance

Momentum is looking for a Marketing & Partnership Project Manager – Europe & Asia to support our mission of empowering Jewish women to connect deeply with their Jewish values, engage with Israel, and take action to transform themselves, their families, and their communities. This part-time, freelance, remote role (from Israel) is perfect for someone passionate about community engagement, project management, and marketing.

🌍 What You’ll Do:

🔹 Manage marketing and communications for Russian- and European-speaking participants

🔹 Oversee social media, newsletters, and promotional materials

🔹 Support partners and participants throughout their Momentum journey – from guiding them through the application and registration process to providing pre-trip information, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience before, during, and after their journey

🔹 Collaborate with our global team to make an impact

💡 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Fluency in English & Russian (written and spoken) – English is our primary working language, essential for team collaboration and communication

✅ Experience in marketing, project management in an NGO/educational setting, and/or partner relations

✅ Strong skills in social media, communications, and online tools (Asana, Slack, Canva)
