An international conferences company is looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses on selling exhibition space, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities for conferences across Europe.

📍 Location: Based in Israel (Hybrid work model), south of Tel Aviv

🚀 Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of sponsorship packages and exhibition space

• Develop and manage relationships with partners and sponsors

• Identify new business opportunities in the European conference market

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and business development

• Background in media, international conferences, or trade shows – strong advantage

• Fluent English – a must

• Additional European languages – a significant advantage

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
