Join our team as a Marketing Cloud Project & Systems Manager!

Take the lead in implementing and optimizing customer journeys, working with cutting-edge Marketing Cloud platforms in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Journey Analysis and Design: Planning and designing customer journeys in Marketing Cloud systems, creating personalized journeys based on data and business needs.
• Customer Journey Implementation in the System: Implementing customer journeys in the Marketing Cloud systems, collaborating with technical teams to ensure the implementation aligns with business goals.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing data from customer journeys to identify trends and improve customer journeys and marketing strategies.
• Project Management: Managing Marketing Cloud projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working with development, marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure smooth and aligned project implementation.
• Technical Support: Providing technical support during system implementation and troubleshooting issues.

Required Skills:

• A relevant academic degree in a technological field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field).
• Experience with implementing Marketing Cloud systems (familiarity with systems like Adobe Campaign, Oracle Eloqua, or HubSpot is required; Salesforce-only experience is not sufficient).
• Experience in implementing and analyzing customer journeys – up to one year of experience.
• Experience in project management – up to two years of experience.
• Excellent proficiency in both English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
