As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced and strategic VP of Finance to lead all financial operations and support our next stage of growth. The company operates with legal entities in the US, EU, and Israel, supporting a global customer base and cross-border operations.

What You’ll Lead

💰 Finance Strategy & Planning

• Build and execute a financial strategy aligned with company goals
• Drive annual budgeting and long-term financial planning
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions

📊 Reporting & Metrics

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Prepare reporting packages for management, board, and investors
• Define and track key SaaS metrics: ARR, CAC, burn rate, cash runway, etc.

🧾 Operational Finance & Compliance

• Manage cash flow, treasury, and revenue operations
• Supervise AR/AP, payroll, and vendor relationships
• Ensure tax, regulatory, and financial compliance (including SOC 2)
• Maintain internal controls and optimize financial processes

📈 Investor & Fundraising Support

• Support future fundraising rounds and due diligence
• Prepare investor reports, models, and pitch materials
• Maintain relationships with current and potential investors

What You need Bring

• 3 years of experience in a SaaS startup company (finance leadership role)
• Strong knowledge of SaaS business models, metrics, and financial best practices
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modeling
• Experience in working with international stakeholders (especially U.S./EU markets)
• Hands-on experience with financial systems, Excel, and reporting tools
• Advantage: CPA or MBA
• Fluent in English; Hebrew is a plus
