What will you be responsible for?

• Lead research initiatives focused on developing innovative product experiences through advanced data science methodologies and state-of-the-art AI technologies
• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation
• Manage end-to-end solution delivery, from analyzing product requirements and breaking them down into actionable technical problems to implementing production-ready solutions
• Work closely with product, customer success, backend, and full-stack engineering teams to successfully integrate robust and scalable AI solutions into our application
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive evaluation frameworks, establishing key metrics to measure model performance, accuracy, bias, and real-time responsiveness for continuous improvement
  
  

• 3+ years delivering Data Science solutions in commercial or enterprise environments
• Proven experience working with LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.) and related tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with modern data science methodologies and tools (Jupyter, pandas, scikit-learn)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  
  

• Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models
• Background in computer vision
• Background in NLP and transformer architectures
• Previous experience in a startup that successfully scaled AI products
• Previous experience building a recommendation engine
