UAS Flight Test Operator

Flying Production is Hiring a Flight Test Operator for a Challenging and Impactful Role!

We are looking for a Flight Test Operator to join our team and take part in operating and piloting UAV systems at various development stages. This role involves planning and managing flight tests, conducting system evaluations, and training customers both in Israel and abroad.

As a Flight Test Operator, you will work closely with R&D and integration teams in a cutting-edge technological environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and piloting unmanned aerial systems (UAS) in diverse flight test scenarios

• Planning, leading, and executing flight tests

• Conducting lab tests and system integrations for experimental platforms

• Delivering theoretical and practical flight training to customers worldwide

• Collaborating with development, engineering, and integration teams

• Engaging in overseas activities at varying intensities and locations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – Advantage

• At least two years of experience in UAV operation

• CAA-issued UAV pilot license for 25kg and above – Advantage

• Operational experience in UAV or unmanned systems – Advantage

• High-level English proficiency (spoken and written)

• Ability to work independently, quick learning skills, and adaptability to changing situations

• Willingness to work in field conditions, under pressure, and in high-demand environments
