DPC Project Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Team Leader to spearhead our Digital Product Creation Innovation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital tools and design, coupled with leadership experience. This role is pivotal in driving our digital transformation in textile and fashion design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Digital Textile Innovation team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Oversee the development and implementation of digital textile projects using tools such as Browzwear or CLO3D, Rhino, Grasshopper, and 3D printing technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions into the textile design and production process.
• Develop and explore digital tools for fashion and textile designers.
• Initiate and lead exploration projects focused on new technologies and textile innovations.
• Mentor and guide team members, providing support and professional development opportunities.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team leads in digital textile innovation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Optional: Write and review code to support digital design and production processes.
  
  

• Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience with digital tools such as Browzwear, Clo3D, Rhino, Grasshopper, and 3D printing.
• Demonstrated design experience in fashion, textile, or industrial design.
• Previous management or team leadership experience.
• Curiosity and a passion for technology, with a drive to explore and implement innovative solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
