Events Producer & Planner

We’re hiring a talented, creative, and experienced Corporate Events Producer & Planner.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record in event production to manage and lead unique events for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to plan, execute, and oversee corporate events in Israel and worldwide, focusing on the finest details, innovation, and exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

Plan and produce corporate events, conferences, launches, and exclusive gatherings.

Oversee the entire event lifecycle: from concept and creative development to logistics planning and on-site execution.

Manage suppliers, budgets, proposals, and timelines.

Develop creative and engaging content tailored to the event’s goals and brand identity.

Execute on-site productions with a focus on high standards, punctuality, and coordination with all production teams.

Handle budget management and optimize production costs while maintaining quality.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an impressive and precise client experience.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in corporate event production, conferences, or company events.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.

Creativity, initiative, and out-of-the-box thinking.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

High service orientation, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

Team player with a passion for excellence.

Fluent English – mandatory.

Willingness to travel, attend location tours, and work non-standard hours.
