Legal Project Manager

About the Role

As a Legal Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our business objectives including working closely with internal teams (local and global: legal, compliance, BizDev, and operations) and external stakeholders (law firms, regulators, etc.) In addition, during this role, you will get direct access to all stakeholders in the Company and work with highly experienced professionals.

Role Responsibilities

Business objectives

• Proactively identify and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices, tools, and processes that enhance the efficiency and quality of our legal and business services.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments, including finance, operation, business development and HR to provide legal and business support and guidance on various business initiatives and projects.

Legal - General

• General Corporate Issues: Provide legal support on general corporate matters, including corporate governance, M&A, and other regulatory affairs.
• Contract Review and Negotiation: Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of clients and vendor agreements.

Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure legal projects adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies and monitor changes in regulations and work with the legal team to assess the impact on projects.
• Support the development of legal frameworks for new products or initiatives in line with the regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• LLB degree or foreign equivalent and membership in the Israeli Bar.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a leading law firm (preferably in hi-tech, capital markets, commercial or M&A departments) and/or in-house experience.
• Confident, and self-motivated individual who is comfortable working alone, but also enjoys being part of a dynamic, high-performing team with excellent organizational skills, has a can-do attitude, ability to multi-task and out of the box thinking. 
• Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong analytical capabilities, and attention to details and the ability to work effectively in line with changing priorities.
• English - excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Advantage

• Analytical and technical skills in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business administration or Industrial engineering.
