A real estate finance company is looking for a Financial Economist with experience in real estate finance to join their Business Department. This is a key role involving the analysis of complex financial transactions, monitoring projects, and participating in credit committees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing real estate finance transactions and evaluating financial feasibility
- Monitoring projects and fund releases based on progress
- Preparing financial reports, economic analyses, and presenting data to management
- Participating in credit committees and analyzing both new and existing transactions
- Collaborating with entrepreneurs, banks, and legal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate finance – required
- Strong Excel skills and financial modeling expertise
- In-depth business understanding and high-level data analysis capabilities
- High level of proficiency in English
