We are looking for Digital Marketing & E-commerce Product Manager to join Zap's product team. In this role, you will lead the development of digital products, focusing on customer journey, user needs, and data analysis for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new capabilities for the company's web products according to user needs and business strategy
• Develop customer journeys and design/implement user experiences
• Use data-driven insights to identify user behaviors, needs, pain points, and drive product improvements
• Work with high-traffic digital platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and user satisfaction

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in digital product management
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools
• Strong data analysis skills for decision-making
• Experience in user experience (UX) design
• Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking
• Familiarity with product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
