Legal Operations Manager

IoT Capital, a a startup inside Nayax that provides ultra-tailored Embedded Finance solutions is looking for a Legal Operations Manager to join our dynamic fintech team. This role will be integral to streamlining legal operations, providing guidance to our sales team, and ensuring a high level of responsiveness across the company.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

- Review regulatory memos, draft agreements, and maintain communication with international legal advisors.

- Oversee pricing proposals and vendor payments

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, guide the sales team and engage with clients.

- Support various strategic initiatives within the company.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

- A qualified lawyer with 0-1 years of experience in Corporate, Regulation, or High Tech departments.

- Proficient in spoken and written English.

- A proactive, independent, and detail-oriented professional with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.

- Customer-centric, with excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.

- Proficient in Excel, with strong analytical abilities.

- Willing to assist during U.S. business hours.

- Familiar with Salesforce (an advantage).

- Experienced in credit insurance and/or working within a financial institution (an advantage).

- Knowledgeable in risk management and experienced in evaluating credit requests (a big advantage).
