Role Overview:

HEQA Security is seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee all supply chain activities for our multidisciplinary products, spanning electronics, optics, and mechanics. The role encompasses responsibility for logistics, purchasing, production planning and control (PP&C); warehouse and inventory management, and material requirements planning (MRP) according to forecasts; as well as managing the import/export process to ensure smooth international trade. At this stage of the company’s growth, the Supply Chain Manager will work independently to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation of the supply chain, without direct team support. This requires a proactive, hands-on approach to solving complex challenges and ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Management: Manage the movement of goods, including inbound and outbound shipments, transportation coordination, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
• Purchasing and Procurement: Independently lead purchasing efforts, ensuring timely procurement of materials, components, and supplies. Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and quality requirements.
• Production Planning and Control (PP&C): Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demand. Ensure alignment with inventory levels and capacity, and monitor production schedules for on-time delivery.
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Use MRP systems (Priority) to plan material purchasing and optimize inventory levels to prevent production delays.
• Warehouse and Inventory Management: Independently manage warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, stock levels, and efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
• Import/Export Follow-up: Oversee and manage all import/export activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and timely deliveries. Coordinate with customs and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics such as inventory turnover, procurement costs, production efficiency, and delivery timelines.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supply chain management role, with prior hands-on experience in logistics, purchasing, production planning, MRP, inventory management, and import/export processes in electronics or communication manufacturing environment – mandatory.
• Proven ability to work independently and take full responsibility for managing all supply chain operations without direct team support.
• Expertise in MRP systems and supply chain management (Priority) – mandatory.
• Experience in managing import/export operations, including customs procedures and regulatory compliance – an advantage.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex issues independently.
• Experience in electronics, optics, and mechanical product manufacturing and sourcing.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).

Additional information

This is a full-time position. Working on-site at the company’s main offices in Modiin.

The role reports to the VP of Operations.
