We're hiring a Lead Program Integrator for a medical company located in the North of Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative new products
-Drive the New Product Introduction process, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution
-Coordinate between different departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely progress
-Oversee the development, integration, and delivery of complex products and solutions
-Manage project timelines, risks, and resources to meet deliverables and maintain high-quality standards
Requirements:
- Two years of experience in leading projects / driving new multidisciplinary products
- Experience in leading NPI processes
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Science
- High proficiency in English
- Experience in the medical or defense industries - an advantage
