Process Manager

We are implementing and adopting new technologies, advanced development tools, and automation capabilities that accelerate development processes.

Additionally, we are leading the implementation of new architecture and modernization of core systems, building future infrastructure and enabling flexibility and communication capabilities with the outside world.

As a Process Manager you will:

• Take part in leading change and transformation in technology divisions.
• Guide and monitor teams to achieve goals and improve performance and productivity to accelerate delivery.
• Analyze and improve technological processes, with emphasis on adopting and implementing tools, automation, methods, and advanced technological infrastructure (cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, AI, etc.).
• Identify bottlenecks, obstacles, bureaucratic processes and work with relevant stakeholders to overcome them.
• Implement management models and routines in to support decision-making processes, control, and continuous improvement using relevant metrics and dashboards.

Requirements:

• Technological orientation and experience implementing processes in an agile technological environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – Significant advantage (particularly specialization in Information Systems).
• Familiarity with the banking industry - Advantage.
• Understanding of basic technological concepts (SDLC, feature breakdown).
• Data analysis capabilities.
• Process engineering expertise.
• Ability to identify cross-divisional barriers and improve automation and CI/CD tools.
• Hunger for leading change and creating significant impact in the organization.
• Assertiveness and ability to influence and engage managers and partners.
