System Analyst – CRM Dynamics | Mertens - MalamTeam

We are looking for a CRM Dynamics System Analyst to join our team in the Shfela region!

Responsibilities:

• System analysis, including writing functional and technical specification documents.
• Understanding client requirements and working closely with software vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Professional reporting to the team lead.

Position Details:

• Full-time position in the Shfela region.

Requirements:

✅ At least 4 years of experience in system analysis – a must.

✅ Experience in CRM/Dynamics system analysis – a significant advantage.

✅ Proven understanding of end-to-end business processes, client communication, and tailored solution implementation, including test process supervision – a must.

✅ Experience in writing detailed specification documents (functional & technical), including interface definitions – a must.

✅ Experience in configuring and defining processes in Dynamics 365/CRM – an advantage.

✅ Familiarity with service/sales/marketing center environments – an advantage.

✅ Knowledge and experience with databases and writing SQL queries – an advantage.

✅ Relevant education or a professional course in system analysis – an advantage.
