Position: Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

Location : Hybrid, Hod HaSharon

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Agent Apps team focused on reimaging products and developing new features using the latest technology.

As a part of the team, you will be responsible for designing and developing large-scale features and components running in the cloud, web, and desktop.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the new team and contribute to a new scenario in a growing and strategic product.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain web and desktop applications using modern & cutting-edge technologies.
• Provide technical guidance to other team members.
• Build and manage execution plans, meet milestones, and mitigate risks.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code, following industry best practices and standards.
• Build packages, modules, and reusable components that will be used across our codebase and expand the current stack with the latest technologies available.
• Disciplined approach to development including CI/CD and thorough testing and monitoring.
• Work closely with product management, QA, and the rest of the engineering teams to define and improve features and solutions.
• Take active part in designing and architecting our next generation web apps.
• Conduct research and self-learning via various resources for the design and implementation of product vision.
  
  

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience with server-side languages in a cloud-based environment (advantage: Java).
• 2+ years of experience of development (advantage: Angular, TypeScript).
• Proven ability to lead and drive technical projects end to end.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrate ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Experience with web development concepts and technology - DOM, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high communication skills, Can-do attitude, proactive, self-learner with growth mindset.
• Knowledge and experience with Building composable UI, webpack, or similar.
• Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, Vertica, Postgres, and Cassandra.
• Experience with cloud platforms and cloud computing.
