About The Role

We are seeking an experienced VOIP Manager to join our team in Ramat Gan, Israel. This is a key role in managing and optimizing our VOIP infrastructure to support our global operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Forex company and a deep understanding of VOIP technologies, call center solutions, and telephony systems.

Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and optimize the VOIP infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

Configure and troubleshoot SIP trunks, PBX systems, and call center solutions.

Work closely with IT, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication services.

Monitor and analyze call traffic to optimize routing and reduce costs.

Oversee the implementation of new VOIP technologies to enhance efficiency and security.

Troubleshoot and resolve VOIP-related issues in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and security policies.

Provide technical support and training to teams using VOIP systems.

Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to manage contracts and service agreements.

Requirements

Experience in the Forex industry is a must.

3+ years of experience as a VOIP Manager or Administrator.

Strong knowledge of Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, or other PBX systems.

Experience with SIP protocols, call routing, and telecom security.

Familiarity with call center solutions and CRM integrations.

Ability to troubleshoot networking issues affecting VOIP quality.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Fluency in English (Hebrew is a plus).
