Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the execution of our new Agentic AI Security initiative. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and partnerships. The Project Manager will ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI security, experienced in managing complex projects, and eager to make an impact in a fast-evolving space.

Project Planning & Execution

• Define and track project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure proper allocation of resources across R&D, marketing, sales, and partner teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
• Respond and address incoming changes and adjust plans as we go
  
  

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Serve as the central point of contact between engineering, AI research, security teams, and business functions.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
• Ensure alignment between development milestones and go-to-market strategies.
  
  

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with leadership, product managers, and external partners to align expectations.
• Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure key decisions are documented and communicated effectively.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in AI, cybersecurity, or software development.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Monday.com).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Experience working with marketing, sales, and partnerships is a plus.
• Background in working with enterprise customers is a plus.
