Position: Senior Technical Writer

Location: Hybrid, Hod HaSharon

We're seeking a Full time Senior Technical Writer to create and maintain comprehensive documentation across our products. You'll be responsible for publishing online help and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Create and maintain user guides, manuals, and release notes.
• Publish documentation on our web-based help portal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information.
• Utilize XML and Oxygen XML Editor for structured documentation.
• Manage tasks independently while adapting to changing priorities.
• Tailor documentation for different audiences.
• Review and edit for clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy.
  
  

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years of experience in technical writing for software/SaaS.
• Proficiency in XML authoring and Oxygen XML Editor.
• Experience with SnagIt, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of topic-based authoring and information architecture.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication or related field.
• Experience with Git, Agile, Jira, and SharePoint.
• Graphic tools experience, including Visio.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and IT concepts.
